Eddie holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from ODU with a major field of study in power and energy conversion. Eddie has deep experience in product development and manufacturing for transportation industries. Eddie is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt, trained by General Electric's Japan division while employed as Reliability Engineer for DuPont Advanced Fiber Systems.

Brent holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Virginia and a Masters of Business Administration from the Mason School of Business, The College of William and Mary; Brent spent 10 years in corporate finance leadership roles at CSX, and has 15 years of entrepreneurial experience as a consultant and owner of a construction business.

Prior to joining Marz, Scott was an executive at Capital One, where he played leadership roles in marketing, strategy, and risk management. Scott led Capital One’s Young Adult Markets business from inception to over $30mm annual NIAT, and then led a turnaround of its Internet Marketing business in 2001. Scott most recently led Capital One’s global Operational Risk Management function. Scott holds a BA in economics from Williams College.
