No other exploration and production company is willing to drill in Maryland's Taylorsville Basin. This is an excellent opportunity to get in on the ground floor of a small but untapped unconventional oil and gas play. The risks are big but largely political and solvable through litigation, such as Maryland's ban on talking to landowners about leasing their land. The hydrocarbons are there, we just need help getting them out of the ground.
