Mr. Harter is an experienced medtech business leader with demonstrated capability, experience and results. Prior to starting Marvel Medtech, Mr. Harter succeeded in a variety of key leadership roles in medical technology, mass market consumer hardware and high-performance sporting goods manufacturing companies. Mr. Harter holds B.S. and M.S. degrees in engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Dr. Fronczak has 30+ years experience in research, development and design of mechanical and biomedical devices and systems. As Professor of Mechanical and Biomedical Engineering, consultant and patent litigation expert witness, he has provided leadership and technical expertise to scores of successful designs. Dr Fronczak holds B.S. and M.S. degrees from the University of Illinois and a Dr. Eng. degree from the University of Kansas.

Ms Leikness is a finance planning and C-level leader with extensive experience in entrepreneurial environments. Ms Leikness is presently CBO at Deltanoid Pharmaceuticals, an early-stage drug development company. Ms Leikness has 25+ years experience managing finance, treasury, purchasing, HR and IT, and experience with FDA-regulated activities and reporting.

Mr. Wells is an accomplished C-level executive with experience in several entrepreneurial medtech ventures including co-founder and CEO of NovaScan and co-founder and VP-Marketing of CartaNova. Prior management experience included positions at GE, Picker, and Toshiba.
