Scott keeps organizational and financial order and brings over 30 years of extensive experience in finance, public accounting, international tax, IT consulting, mediation and negotiation to the team. Scott’s vast experience began with an MBA from the University of Mississippi and includes over 16 years with Perot Systems, 10 years with EDS and two years with Frito-Lay, Inc.

Brian brings over 25 years of high tech electronic operations management experience in both captive and outsource manufacturing arenas. Brian has more than 20 years of exposure in global manufacturing and supply chain regions in Asia, South America, Mexico and Europe. Brian has directed numerous new product introductions into high volume manufacturing venues for companies such as GE Lighting and US Robotics/3Com/Palm.

Al Payne is a patent practitioner, mediator and arbitrator. He received his J.D. in Intellectual Property Law from Franklin Pierce Law Center, his Ph.D. in Medical Physics (Instrumentation) from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, his M.S. in Nuclear Engineering from North Carolina State University, and his B.S. in Physics and Mathematics (double major) from The University of North Carolina at Wilmington.

David is the Lead Designer and has 30 plus years of experience in bringing products to market. David has developed products for the Telecommunications Industry, Processing Equipment, and the Lighting Arena, just to name a few. Along with leading teams, he has taken products from conception to production, delivering cost effective and manufacturable products for a wide range of industries.
