Hi, I built an exercise machine that simulates rowing, kayaking, canoeing, stand-up paddle boarding, and cross-country skiing.

In addition to the 6 Cardio exercises the machine can be used to tone and strengthen your body.

An interactive monitor with live and on-demand gym sessions will bring the gym home. Saving you time and money by not having to drive to the gym.

    I have over 20 years of engineering experience in the automotive industry. I specialize in complete vehicle development, convertible roof systems, one off show-vehicles, low and high production vehicles and assembly line set up.
    I built the prototype and the per-production exercise machine in my garage for my self, as the indoor rower board me, and I still needed to find a gym or buy additional exercise equipment.
