Mark Edwards is an entrepreneur and veteran of the technology industry with 25 years of international CEO and board experience. Mark has founded and run startups from pre-revenue to over $50M (CRT Multimedia, Mformation) and grown a public company, Psion Computer PLC, to $250M, which employed over 1,000 staff and was an EVP of Symbian, the smartphone operating system company. He also held senior positions at HP and Microsoft for Windows.

Dr. Rizk is a thought leader, Systems Engineer, Principal Investigator / S&T manager with expertise in drones, machine learning, sensing and autonomy. He has been the visionary for the optimized signal-to-information architecture that embodies dynamic software-defined multi-modal sensing and fusion and true edge processing. He also made key contributions at Rockwell Aerospace, McDonell Douglas, Boeing, APL and Johns Hopkins University.
