Ian Kellett is a world renown wildlife cameraman who has worked on projects for National Geographic and BBC's Oceans and Frozen Planet. He also filmed North America’s water stories with Alexandra Cousteau. Previously Ian organized community cinema events in central America. His Masters thesis applied participatory anthropology to filmmaking in order to engage peer accountability for sustainable environmental behavior.

Richard HallamDirector / Production Manager
Richard has years of experience managing marine conservation projects around the world. A Master Scuba Diver Trainer he has worked as the diving instructor for a private superyacht owner. Richard is also a qualified Ocean Yachtmaster. His business acumen derives from a linguistics and Business studies degree as well as startup business experience in which he raised angel investment offers of over £1M. Richard also has strong sales experience.
