Company Summary

We are a Gourmet cupcake & chocolate store and we use the best ingredients when making our gourmet treats. Our chocolate cocoa is a belgium import and is made into chocolate truffles, we use the chocolate for our gourmet strawberries and candied apples. The customer's love us because they know we are at the shop daily starting at 4:00 am baking everything for there enjoyment and never from scratch in a bag or doctoring up a box of cake mix.

    20 years industry experience along with a degree from Le Cordon Bleu pastry & baking program in 2009. The chef is highly creative and all of her delicacies are her very own creation from the cream cheese & butter cream frosting down to the cake itself. The chef bakes with love on a commercial level because this is her passion and not just a career. The chef also has a finance background and understands budgets and costing out her product.
