Co-Founder & CEO
A serial entrepreneur, Marian started Archer Roose around her dining room table. With experience working for fortune 100 companies as well as startups, with 7 years in the alcohol industry under her belt she understands the unique dynamics and opportunities that the segment presents. A passionate storyteller and wine lover, she is excited to bring great wines in sustainable packages to consumers.

Vice President of Sales & Marketing
Bill Dillon has a strong track record of driving results and building brands. His career began at Anheuser-Busch as the South East Regional Sales Manager before becoming the National Sales Director for Surly Brewery, catapulting the brand from a regional player to the 42nd -largest craft brewery in the United States. Most recently, Dillon worked for the popular New England upstart brewery, Lord Hobo, as Vice President, Sales and Marketing.

Head of Operations
Previously worked on the National Supply Chain team at Blue Apron where she helped build and scale the direct to farm produce sourcing program. She later worked with all categories of suppliers at Blue Apron on improving their sustainability, as well improving sustainability practices internally.
Also worked for the white shoe corporate law firm Davis Polk & Wardwell on the Capital Markets team.

National Accounts Director
Aaron oversees the strategy and activations of national accounts across the country, a pivotal role as Archer Roose continues to expand its distribution to new states. Moore comes most recently from Pampellone Sparkling Wines, where he served as VP of Sales and Oskar Blues/CANarchy where he was instrumental to catapulting the brand to national success.

Director of Product & Innovation
As Director of Product and Innovation, Sophie works closely with Marian to develop our portfolio, manage our winemaker partners and develop new SKUs for the Archer Roose Collective. She possesses extensive wine knowledge as a Level III WSET, Level 1 Member of Court of Master Sommeliers and CCIP.
