Mariam Medical is a biotech company focused on bringing a potential blockbuster cancer drug to market. We have successfully killed human breast cancer cells by 'silencing' a gene that we've identified in liver, prostate, ovarian, thyroid, neuro and glioblastoma cancers but that is not found in healthy cells. We'll license 'gene silencing' technology thats already successfully completed phase 1 human trials by other firms to speed us to market.
