Dr. Kallmes has over 600 publications and has led multiple registry and randomized trials, and has received over $10M in federal and industry grants. He also runs Mayo Clinic's stroke animal lab, and has assisted with testing devices acquired for >$800M cumulatively. Dr. Kallmes invented BOSS and leads research, development, and physician outreach at Marblehead.

Dr. Brinjikji is the youngest Mayo Clinic faculty member to receive $1.5M in NIH funding and recently completed the prestigious Mayo Scholar fellowship at the University of Toronto. He is also a journal editor and leading meta-analytical author, with over 150 publications and experience consulting for over a dozen device companies. Dr. Brinjikji leads clinical research, marketing, assists with device development and strategic planning.

Kristin Mortenson has over 30 years experience in development, regulatory research, and quality systems for both device and software-based medical innovations. She leads quality/QMS development, regulatory submissions, and document management for Marblehead.

Kevin is a serial medical entrepreneur whose first company, founded in 2015, exceeds $1M in revenue assisting physicians with clinical research and NIH grantwriting. After attending Duke Law School, Kevin worked in biotech-focused IP transactions at Sullivan & Cromwell, and he has obtained over $7.5M in grant funding for device startups, including $2.5M for Marblehead. He leads operations, strategic negotiations, and personnel management.

Keith is a sales executive with 5 years experience creating connections to leading strategic device companies. He has led acquisition strategy, distribution, and personnel at three startups, and manages Marblehead's corporate relationships from device distribution to acquisition negotiations.

Bryan is a serial entrepreneur and board member with experience in medical research and device development. Bryan assists with commercialization, corporate governance, strategic vision, and product development.
