I am developing a shopping aid for health challenged people, currently diabetics. Meal planning for diabetics is extremely complicated by limited allowance of carbohydrates, sugars and calories. Simply stated, my project is a touch screen kiosk placed in a grocery store. Using weekly sale items and fresh selections the kiosk prints: a week's menu with 6 diabetic meals & snacks per day; a shopping list organized by aisle; all applicable recipes
