COORobb Caster is the COO reporting to CEO and serving on its board. Before becoming COO in 2017, he led business development, overseeing new collections, operations, online, and certifications like Certified B Corp and Leaping Bunny. Previously, he was VP of Marketing at Building and Land Technology and a brand director at Apple. Robb worked at J.Crew on men collections. He studied Computer Science at Harvard and Business at Wentworth Institute.

CEOConstance Potter (Manos) is the CEO taking over from her mother in 2002. She previously worked at Greenwich Hospital as EA to the SVP of Health Systems, handling marketing and ops. Before that, she was EA to the President at CBS, managing client interactions. She also served as Secretary to the VP at Putnam Trust Company and spent 35 years at The Water's Edge at Giovanni's, helping it grow from a family steakhouse to an award-winning event space.
