Mr. Collins is the co-founder and CEO of Maninis and chief food scientist. He
also is gluten intolerant and must eat gluten-free foods. Over the past 3 years, he has
worked to perfect the recipe that makes Maninis products truly unique and so widely
recognized as the best tasting. Jim has an extensive leadership background and has
worked and started a number of businesses in a number of industries, including food
production and construction.

Donna is responsible for managing the Company's network of brokers, as well as maintaining and developing relationships with current and prospective distributors and retailers. Over 30 years of experience in sales and marketing, Donna is a former telecommunications executive involved in numerous startups. Donna earned her BA in English Literature from The Pennsylvania State University in State College, PA.
