The Manic Training program is a program to improve athleticism for active people wishing to live and compete in an active “mountain” lifestyle. The strength and conditioning aspects of many sports have been aligned to bring challenging, yet beneficial workouts. The programming is designed to increase strength, power, work capacity and durability for real world challenges. Manic Training brings programmed sessions into a hybrid style of training.
