Tony is the former CEO of Cape Cod™ Potato Chips and former head of Famous Amos™ cookies. Mr. Cusano and his operating team have over 30 years of experience in the formation, growth and turn-around of snack- and other branded consumer food companies. MFB’s management team has grown multiple snack brands from single digit $mm in sales to $40mm run rates in under four years. Mr. Cusano was formerly in a senior leadership position at Anheuser-Busch.

Mr. Einwohner is a former Director, Business Strategy and Development at Cantor Fitzgerald, and formerly served as a corporate bond analyst and investment banker.
Mr. Einwohner managed the initial capitalization of MFB, as well as running the acquisitions of the Madhouse Munchies and Vermont Mystic Desserts assets. His primary mandate at MFB is to identify and acquire food companies, as well as to manage MFB’s Corporate Finance.
