Karim launched Wimdu's operations in the UK, setting up and managing a team of 30 employees to drive high growth and establish the brand.

Previously he was in M&A Investment Banking at JPMorgan (London-TMT). He also co-founded and managed La Voisier, a tourism & leisure company.

Karim holds a double degree in MSc in Int'l Mgmt & a C.E.M.S degree from HEC - Paris/FGV - São Paulo and a Bachelor of Engineering in programming and networking.

Marcelo co-founded Babycub, a Brazilian kids' clothing e-commerce startup, growing it 80% m/m from launch to sale.

Previously he worked in private equity at Prospect Partners (majority-control investments) and started his career in investment banking in JPMorgan's Industrials Group, with a focus on transportation & logistics.

Marcelo holds a Masters in Accountancy and B.S. Management from Case Western Reserve University.

Paulo founded two companies, Mobilitate (mobile development), InteraTV (v-commerce with clickable video) and is a seasoned professional with over 8 years experience developing software utilizing various technologies, like Objective-C for iOS, Java (Core, Web e Mobile), various databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, DB2, MySql), integrating with XML or JSON.

He graduated from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Campinas
studying System Analysis.
