Scott Shilling began his career in 1984 with EDS. He remained there with EDS until 1989 when he joined Perot Systems and was instrumental in building Perot Systems Offshore team. His policies and approach to offshore development became an industry standard. He then departed Perot to pursue an opportunity with E5 Systems which was dedicated to exploring offshore development and services from China. In 2010 - he launched Mammoth Applications.

Brad Shilling founded mTusker initially as a pure telecom brokerage agency in 2010. In 2011 mTusker began selling Cloud services to small businesses. In 2012 he began to synthesize the larger picture of mTusker as a SaaS Software company for the Telecom Channel Agency and SMB industries. From 2010 and 2013 he helped over 100 clients analyze the telecom & Cloud industry and select the best technology and carriers to meet their needs.
