This enterprise has specifically been established for this project and is directing all its energy towards it. The project is in the process of developing a high tecnological devise which will make an impact on local, national and international rugby from a referees perspective as well as a watching audience perspective. The concept has been explained to the SA Rugby Referees Association and has its support. It consist of three phases.
