This is a protective services entity born out of a first responder's realization of the poor state of security and its effect on private/public safety. Property crimes such as car break-ins and some burglary; shoplifting, event security breaches, violent crime on private property, and the civil unrest and current policing challenges have shown the need for well trained and equipped protective services that can function in hand with gov entities.
