My restaurant is based on children who like to be treated as adults. I believe there is a market for a restaurant that puts the children in charge, ask them where they want to sit and not the adult, adult menus but aimed at children and child size portions. Not a fast food or chuckie cheese, a real grown up place with child size tables and chairs and menus, etc. Making children feel important, not having to worry about behavior and noise.
