Jeff founded MakeGood to address the pains he experienced himself while managing media sales and operations for a small social network. Previously he consulted to Microsoft in channel marketing and program management. Jeff has grown sales and channel revenue for several startups including DataChannel, where he contributed one-third their $50M/year revenue and were then acquired by Netegrity.

Ron joined MakeGood from Serlio Software, the makers of CaseComplete, a leading use-case and requirements management product where he was a Co-Founder and VP of Development. Ron previously managed core product development at Rational Software, the market-leading UML software architecture product through their $2.1B acquisition by IBM, and has lead development at a number of other companies.
