Makani Science developed a small, wearable, wireless respiratory monitor using a unique stretch sensor that measures respiratory rate & volume. The small size, robust performance under motion, and the ability to measure and report or analyze real-time continuous metrics locally and through the cloud are distinct advantages the Makani Science sensor has over competitors. This will be used in settings from the NICU to ambulatory patients at home.
