Mr. Chou’s corporate experience includes serving as a Chief Financial Officer, Controller, and CEO, as well as a management consultant for numerous companies. He is a founding partner of Spectra Consulting Group, where for over 25 years he has performed consulting on formation and growth issues in emerging technology, life science and consumer product businesses, including specialized consulting in strategic planning and capital structures.

Dr. MacIntyre, MD, FRCPC, is a board certified anesthesiologist with 30 years of clinical experience at university hospitals in Canada and the USA.

Dr. Brewer, co-founder of Majelco Medical, has 17 years of engineering consulting experience for medical device companies such as Philips Medical, Laerdal, and Respironics. She has supported several medical device projects through the complete product development cycle from ideation to market. Her experience includes upstream marketing, prototype design and development, animal and clinical testing, and FDA and report submissions.

Dr. McCabe is currently President and CEO (Director and Co-Founder) of J3 Bioscience, Inc., a medical device company focused on improving women’s health. He is the overall corporate executive strategy leader, and the lead driver for technology development, clinical/regulatory activities, and product commercialization. He has over 26 years experience as an executive, leader, and entrepreneur in the medical device and pharmaceutical industry.

Mr. Clayton has spent over 30 years starting, financing and operating businesses in a multitude of industries, including renewable energy, electric vehicles, technology, manufacturing and mining. Most recently, he was a founder of electric vehicle manufacturer VIA Motors, Inc. and served at various times as COO, CFO and General Counsel. He formerly served as EVP and General Counsel of renewable energy developer Raser Technologies, Inc.

Dr. Sakata is a Professor and Vice Chair of Anesthesiology at the University of Utah. He is Director of Anesthesia services for the John Moran Eye Center and holds an adjunct Associate Professorship of both Ophthalmology and Bioengineering. He presently is founder and chief of the CRNA Care Team at the UofU. He also is founder of Anecare LLC and Dynasthetics LLC. He is also currently the Chief Medical Director for Dynasthetics LLC.

Ms. Hoburg has 20+ years’ experience helping transform, align, and strategically grow companies, specializing in the healthcare, science, and engineering sectors. Before earning her MBA, she worked as a chemist for seven years in product development and commercialization, wastewater treatment, process development, and basic research.
