In addition to the UHAUL, after full buildout & retrofit of the existing structures we willhave 254 SS units & 10k sf of warehouse space. Clearwater is in the process of receiving a FERC exemption for an existing dam. We offer a 1 stop storage facility for the region & sell green genereted electricity to the grid

His expertise includes: rehab, property mgt, development of residential & commercial subdivisions & the building of single family homes. Currently he is brokering bank owned homes in Phx. Dave focuses on the in office business side of the operation
