    CEO

    Ken first experienced the excitement and magic of software when his father brought home one of the first IBM PCs in 1980, teaching him how to write simple programs in BASIC. Since then, he has combined his passion for software with entrepreneurism, founding or participating as an early-stage employee in four successful startups in a broad range of technical areas. Ken has a 1st Class Honors degree in Computer Engineering from Santa Clara and SFU.

    Having recently obtained an MBA
    from the UBC Sauder School of Business, Sridhar has a background in engineering large enterprise networks and spent three years with Infosys in Bangalore. At MailChannels, Sridhar is responsible for operating our web scale email delivery cloud and running our mostly remote 24x7 technical support team.

    Mike leads the company’s engineering team,
    and is an experienced manager and talented developer in his
    own right. Mike was an early employee and Senior Developer at ActiveState, where he worked on
    a range of products for enterprise customers.

    Desmond is responsible for demand generation and marketing communications. Previously, he held positions at Hoggan & Associates, a leading public relations agency representing clients such as SAP Business Objects and Electronic Arts Canada.

    Doug has significant experience managing and scaling high performance teams at quickly growing companies of all sizes, ranging from early stage startups to public companies. Doug is currently the VP, Operations at Zendesk, where he reports to the COO and leads a number of initiatives focused on helping us operationalize the company's goals, objectives, and priorities, including its business operations and GTM strategy teams.
