Mrs. Lumpkins currently owns 100% of the business. She holds superior skills in Operations, Process Strategy, Organizational Development, Behavioral Psychology, Financial Analysis and Forecasting. She has been Founder & Executive Director of non-profit agency, Pivotal Point Youth Services since 2001. She holds a Bachelor‘s degree in Psychology, Master‘s degree in Social Welfare and Masters in Business Administration.

Danielle has a Bachelors degree in Business, Masters of Art in Counseling Psychology and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Psychology. She has over 15 years of business management experience. Danielle has been providing fund development services to local nonprofit agencies over the past 6 years. Currently she uses her talents, skills and love for research and product development to create new product lines for Mahogany Roots.

Jah Mz Jahi received his doctorate from Boston University School of Law and his Bachelor degree in Economics from Morgan State University. He has over 40 years of experience practicing law and operating multiple successful businesses. His expertise lies in areas of strategic planning, forecasting, national/international finance, protecting intellectual property, addressing global issues, etc.
