    Grant graduated from the United States Naval Academy, with a degree in mechanical engineering with an emphasis in chemistry. A teacher in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) and is someone who thinks “outside the box” with the ability to push his ideas to successful prototypes. Was a research engineer at the Naval Research Laboratory and the Naval Surface Warfare Center. Earned the DOE Excellence in Sustainable Energy Award.

  • Michael is focused on creating shareholder value by providing the vision, leadership, strategy and general management skills necessary to grow the company into a dominant player in its industry. Michael became CEO after leaving Morgan Stanley and has earned his maters degree from the University of Gonzaga.

    CFO

    Mr. Blackmon’s thirty year career history includes stints as president of three technology companies, CFO and CIO of Silicon Valley Bank in Santa Clara, California and ten years as an entrepreneur with consumer services companies. He also spent a number of years in consulting with a Big Four firm providing strategic planning and operational consulting to small companies.

  • Engineering Manager

    Having led full product life cycles from whiteboard concept all the way through commercialization. Prior to joining MI Systems, he spent five years at GE, most recently as Lead Mechanical Engineer. Mickey was a core member of a startup that developed an ultra efficient RO pumping system with built-in energy recovery. Within two years the assets were acquired by GE and Mickey joined their new product development group as an R&D engineer.

  • Product Manager

    John has over 10 year’s experience in product management with a focus on R&D and new product development. Has developed and implemented several complete LEAN manufacturing processes for complex, new to market products. Has a comprehensive understanding of every aspect of product development from R&D design, building acquisition, equipment layout floorplan, assembly line creation, product throughput to shipping/packaging and everything in-between.

  • Senior Engineer

    He specializes in emerging technologies with experience in design, optimization, and manufacturing. His work for start-ups and research institutions has resulted in development of patented technologies and journal publications. He holds humanities and mechanical engineering degrees from the University of Texas at Austin and a masters in mechanical engineering from Stanford University.

  • Engineer

    Graduate of Texas Tech University, where he received a BS in Mechanical Engineering. He competed in the International Formula Society of Automotive Engineering with which he gained experience in the designing, CAD modeling, simulating and validation of new products and prototypes. With experience in startup culture, he has a deep understanding of the business benchmarks contingent with the design and manufacturing process of emerging technologies

  • Director of Communications

    Morgan worked in the marketing department for Salt Lake City Weekly and was a writer/reporter for the Utah Daily Chronicle. She was a production assistant at GMG Entertainment, a television production company, covering occasions such as the Miami International Film Festival, the Sundance Film Festival and various red carpet events. Huntsman attended University of Utah and New York University, where she receive a BS in Communications.

  • Lisa Schreiner
    Administrative Assistant

    Attended schools for computer programming, accounting, professional painting and furniture refinishing. Helped her parents establish a Houston-based court reporting firm and then became President and sole owner upon their retirement. With her love for entrepreneurship, she sold the reporting firm to become a seasoning manufacturer and distributor of her own recipes. She worked in the insurance, travel and oil & gas industries.
