This experience led him to a compelling sense of urgency regarding addressing the racial and veteran unemployment imbalance in the Twin Cities and beyond. Prior to LSS, Mr. Brown founded/ owned a global ERP services firm.

Mr. Brown has also held sales, management, and operational positions for companies such as Xerox Corporation, and Oracle (PeopleSoft).

possesses over 17 years of experience in the areas of commercial finance, strategic management consulting, and innovative technological applications.

Over the past eight years, Mr. Norman has outsourced his strategic leadership skills, in a collaborative effort, to enhance Thor Construction’s business.

Mr. Norman’s corporate and business management experience includes Norwest Bank, Wells Fargo & Co., and Highland Banks.

has over 30 years of experience in the corporate world. He began his career in public accounting, continued into the private sector of corporate America, worked in higher education financial management, and became a business consultant.

He possesses a BA from Minnesota State University, Mankato, and an MBA from the Executive Program of the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota. He is also a CPA and holds a U.S. patent.
