With a 30-year background in Technology Consulting, Sales, Marketing, and Management, Mr. Myers is a proven contributor, manager, and consultant whose strengths in understanding fundamental customer requirements, applying relevant leading edge technologies combined with a deep background in marketing has generated significant revenue and performance results for many clients and companies.

Mr. Esbensen is also the President and Chief Technology Officer of Touch Technologies, Inc., our software partner company. He and his company are key technical and operational supporters of MagCorp, and have provided the Sheerpower database software that drives our solutions. With over 40 years of systems and software design experience, he has focused on providing highly scalable, high-uptime architectures that generate unique solutions.

Ms. Whiteside's responsibilities will be in operations management and administration, bringing together service and support to employees on-the-job, administrative processes, internal & external accounting and payroll, and guidance policies and procedures. She has a background in consulting, coaching, and has helped raise over $30M for other teams in the past decade.
