Founded MagBiosense to commercialize the technology he invented and developed since 2004 in Tel Aviv University, Israel. Dr. Danielli, PhD, is a third-time entrepreneur with 18 years of experience in executive R&D positions and in the development of multidisciplinary systems in the medical device and communications industries. Dr. Danielli was a key participant in securing more than $3M from VCs, angels, and the Israel Chief Scientists.

A board certified internist and physician scientist with extensive experience in biotechnology and in vitro diagnostics. He has developed multiple FDA-cleared diagnostic tests and helped build Diagnostic Hybrids, Inc. to $40M and a $130M acquisition by Quidel. He was Sr. Medical Director at Quidel and a senior entrepreneur-in-residence at BioGenerator. Presently, he is the Managing Director at Common Place Holdings, a venture formation firm.

A PhD in Biomedical Engineering with broad training in biosensor device development, point-of-care diagnostic device development, optics, fluorescence, fluorometry, microfluidics, flow cytometry, immunoassays, assay processing, magnetism, spectroscopy (FTIR, UV/Vis), materials characterization, and lab-on-chip development.
