    One of two original founders, Jen evolved from a sales and business development role into the leader of the organization. With broad skills in leadership and sales, Jen defines and maintains a focused vision for Maestro. In addition to day-to-day management, she infuses the organization with an energy and point of view that are uniquely Maestro. Previously, Jen excelled as a regional sales trainer and then sales manager at Johnson & Johnson.

  • VP of Business Development (Services)

    Phil is Maestro’s lead strategist overseeing proposals for service projects. His skill in understanding client needs is exceptional. The experiences clients have during the discovery process cultivate the relationship initiated by the brand ambassadors, building trust and setting the foundation for a successful project. Before joining Maestro, Phil was a partner in a successful consulting company and COO of the American Red Cross.

    With extensive experience managing projects inside corporations and for Maestro, Jake directs the project management and software engineering teams. Equipped with a passion for understanding and meeting customer's needs, Jake has built a team that cultivates deep relationships of trust with delighted repeat customers. Jake has considerable experience in both engineering and project management from his roles at Stryker.

    A veteran designer, user advocate and leader, Zach DeYoung has focused on print, branding and user experience for more than a decade. As Maestro's VP of Creative, Zach casts the creative vision for projects and leads a multi-disciplined team of designers and writers, all focused on creating beautiful solutions for the end user.

  • Nate Norman
    VP Product

    Initially a strategist with Maestro, Nate has an innate ability to identify market needs and coalesce those needs into streamlined products. With a market-first mindset, Nate maintains a clear vision for each product closely aligned with the needs of the end user. Previously, Nate was co-founder of Visual Technology Consulting and Strategic Marketing Manager for Dimplex Thermal Systems.
