Steve graduated from Villanova University with a degree in Mangement Information Systems and worked in the IT department of a Fortune 500 company before joing the family real estate development company. For the past 15 years Steve has invested, developed, managed, and brokered numerous real estate projects and is very familiar with all aspects of the real estate industry.

Justin is currently a Financial Analyst in the Acquisitions Department of a REIT. Prior, Justin was a Director at Compson Holding Corporation, a regional commercial real estate investment and development firm. Justin was also an Underwriter with BankAtlantic Commercial Mortgage Capital and also Holliday Fenoglio Fowler (NYSE: HF) and Cohen Financial. Justin graduated from New York University with a degree in Economics.

Todd has a Ph.D. in Geography, highlighting his expertise in GIS and Cartography. He also has 30 years of experience in computer programming, 20 years of web-development, has computer programming at multiple universities, and taught computer graphics to middle-school students. Todd has gone from utilizing GIS and programming in his scientific research to applying the marriage of these technologies to MadValorem’s map-centric search platform.
