Tiffany RalstonChief Operating Officer
Founder Tiffany Ralston has extensive experience in the jewelry and art industries, both as a Sales Associate with M.C. Ginsberg Objects of Art, and as a graduate in Art History and Studio Art from The University of Iowa. Tiffany helped found {made} in the winter of 2012. She lives in Iowa City with her husband and three children.

Justin Vavroch, partner and CFO, contributes years of business training to {made}, from his former career in healthcare consulting and as an MBA candidate in the Tippie School of Management. As with {made}'s other managers, Justin was raised in Burlington, Iowa, and currently resides in Iowa City, Iowa. He is excited to promote {made}'s concepts and to help enable art {made} better.
