Our objective is to repair and refurbish foreclosed homes in the 50-60,000 range, place back on the market, and offer them to low income and military families for sale or rent. Their is a large demand for housing and many of the homes offered are high end homes that lower income families cannot afford. Many low end HUD foreclosed homes are available and awaits the fixer upper to repair, update, and place back on the market.
