I am the father of three sons aged 19, 16, and 11 and we are starting a small, family owned trucking company to be operated by myself and my oldest son, with the intention of incorporating the younger boys into the business in due time, if they so choose. I have previously owned and operated a successful trucking business from 1996 until 2003.
