Beth is a Business Solutions Manager who comes to LYBBE from the corporate world of Fortune 500 companies with $150MM to $500MM in revenue. Her 25 year career includes a 15+ year stint within the banking industry where she was a VP. Her experience IN MANAGING staff and complex projects, that are data driven, is ample. Beth's education, including two Masters of Science degrees, allows her to assess and repair dysfunctional business situations.

Eric's background is a hybrid of creative, business management, management of people and equity funding. He first owned an ad agency for 15 years followed by 10 years of equity funding and green energy experience. This includes building, running and selling a biodiesel plant followed by consulting. Eric's experience in focusing a message, and running a business, are augmented by a background that includes manufacturing.
