LVAC HPTC provides a variety of elite small group fitness training methods to a growing segment of exercisers who are bored with traditional "big box" fitness training systems, methods & equipment. Five of the fastest growing fitness training programs are CrossFit, Boot Camp, Combat/MMA training, Hot Yoga/Pilates and Sports & Sports Specific Performance training. Estimates are that 10-20% are bored or high striving health club members.
