The company offers cost-effective and energy-efficient lighting solutions for horticulture lighting applications, as well as plans to enter intermodal facilities, campuses, warehouses, retail centers, TV and film studios, petroleum facilities, sports complexes, and more. These are high-margin, high-demand segments. We have a 3 year revenue target of $24M and $59M in five years.

in industrial design.
3. Electronics Engineer with military defense background and founder in a company acquired by Google.

5. Operations Director with 30+ years experience in manufacturing processes.
6. Software Engineer with 20 years of experience in embedded and application design.

To date we have begun selling the Medusa Grow Light, the horticulture industry’s first complete hybrid lighting design incorporating true full spectrum LED and plasma lighting technology. Controls on the fixture allow growers to switch the LEDs on and off, as well as adjust the plasma spectrum between ‘Vegetation’ and ‘Flower’ stages.
