Since starting in May 2015 as a one person operation, the business has had a steady 30% increase each month. This is the result of intense marketing that would typically be done by a larger scale business; 2k USPS EDM (every door mailer), referral program, Google SEO expertise that has Luxe Haven Aging & Acne on the 1st page, and using the local deal site for brand awareness only, as we did NOT offer a steep discount for our services.
As of Oct 23rd, 2015, Town & Country Committee & RPAI (landlord for Manchester Meadows), have approved leasing of a 1,400 sq ft space @ $14 psf. $75k is needed for a buildout of the space, equipment, and furniture, as well as some working capital. Bids for the architectural drawings, construction, and space design have already been made and this project is ready to begin with funding.
