The founder of the company, Mr. Glen Lux, is a mechanical engineer who designed, built and tested 32 wind turbine prototypes prior to the formation of Lux Wind Power. Mr. Lux was an owner and manager in the construction industry for 28 years where he redesigned components of the construction industry equipment. Some of these components were adopted by large companies and are still in use today.

Mr. Bay was a mineral resources financial executive with 35 years of progressively more responsible practical hands-on experience in corporate, project, operations and joint venture management, financial and cost accounting as well as most aspects of site, land, contracts, systems and personnel administration. Mr. Bay brings a wealth of corporate knowledge to Lux Wind Power.
