We grow fresh young greens in a climate-controlled, urban, vertical garden in the city of Chicago. We use proven organic gardening techniques that minimize water and soil usage, and maximize yields. We keep costs low by delivering directly to local restaurants and institutions. We are seeking seed stage funding for a 2,500 sq ft Pilot Facility. Our long term plan is to build commercial facilities in 3 major metropolitan areas within 10 years.
