Alvin has worked in hospitality since the age of fifteen. While attending Missouri State University on a full academic scholarship, he would travel to newly acquired hotels and transition the properties. After graduating from MSU he was promoted to help oversee a $49M renovation and acquisition in Lake Tahoe, Nv. The following year he was picked by the VP of Training and Operations to form a corporate task force for mergers and acquisitions.

Drew attended the Univ. of Arkansas and is now with the Arkansas Alumni Assoc. At sixteen, he built a mobile car detailing business in Bentonville, Ar. which went from a part time job to a dedicated crew of five trucks working seven days a week. After college, he started his 2nd startup “Choice Plus Benefits”, a life/health insurance company. After working in corporate America for twelve years, he is taking that entrepreneurial step
once again.
