As online ordering continues to rapidly grow, restaurants are essentially becoming e-commerce businesses. We want to build a dedicated ad network for the restaurant vertical and become the 'FB/Adwords' for merchants looking to avoid commissions and drive customers to true direct ordering tools. This will be better for both merchants & consumers compared to the incumbent online marketing model (aggregators + large commissions).
