Liliana has a BS in Commercial Engineering with distinction from Universidad Católica de Chile.

Liliana was Planning and Financial Control Manager at Banco Security in Chile. She previously held the positions of Market Risk Analyst at Banco Security. Previously she worked for Landesbank, in Germany, as Risk and Market Analyst.
She has also taught Economics at Universidad Catolica de Chile.

Juan Felipe has a BA in Industrial Engineering from Universidad de los Andes in Colombia, has an MS in Finance from the London School of Economics. He worked during 13 years in Grupo Bancolombia and Grupo Aval, in operating and financial risk and management of investment funds

He was Chief Risk Officer of Fiduciaria del Banco de Bogotá, where he was responsible for management of operating and financial risks of a portfolio of USD 12 billion.

Estela holds a BS in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Católica in Santiago, Chile and is a candidate for MPA at Universidad del Desarrollo in Santiago, Chile. Estela co-founded the microfinance unit of Banigualdad, a Chilean microfinance entity. Estela developed Banigualdad’s microfinance unit to a size of 23,000 clients, making it one of the main and most efficient microfinance institutions in Chile.

Miguel holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Universidad de los Andes, Bogota, Colombia, and a PhD from the Haas School of Business at the University of California at Berkeley. Miguel was a Batten Fellow at the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business. Currently, he is Assistant Professor of Finance at the Owen Graduate School of Management, Vanderbilt University

Kirsha has a BA in Communications from CECC and an MA in Corporate Social Responsibility from Universidad de Barcelona.

She as Director of Client Experience at Scotiabank; head of Institutional Programs at IXE, where she created and implemented the Corporate Social Responsibility strategy for the bank.

Ana has a BA in Psychology from Universidad Javeriana and an Executive MBA from Universidad de los Andes.

She has been Director of Operations, Student Manager Supervisor and External Consultant at Lumni Colombia.

Juan Pablo has an MA in Business Administration and Marketing from UPC. He has an MBA from IAE Business School, where he received a Magna Cum Laude distinction. He is a member of red de líderes RED40+ de Enseña Perú (Teach for Peru, part of Teach for All)

He was Director of Marketing and Sales at e-MediaLA, Manager from LANPASS & LANTOURS at LAN Airlines in Peru, Compliance Manager at Pure Biofuels Corporation and Event Manager at AmBev Peru

Felipe holds a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering from Univ. de Los Andes (Colombia) and an MBA from Wharton. Felipe was a consultant at McKinsey and has started four companies in the education and finance sectors.

Felipe was recognized by Ashoka as Leading Social Entrepreneur and Global Fellow in 2006, elected as an Endeavor Entrepreneur in 2009 and awarded the WEF Social Entrepreneurship Award for Latam in 2011.
