    Liliana was Planning and Financial Control Manager at Banco Security in Chile. She previously held the positions of Market Risk Analyst at Banco Security. Previously she worked for Landesbank, in Germany, as Risk and Market Analyst.
    She has also taught Economics at Universidad Catolica de Chile.

    Juan Felipe has a BA in Industrial Engineering from Universidad de los Andes in Colombia, has an MS in Finance from the London School of Economics. He worked during 13 years in Grupo Bancolombia and Grupo Aval, in operating and financial risk and management of investment funds

    He was Chief Risk Officer of Fiduciaria del Banco de Bogotá, where he was responsible for management of operating and financial risks of a portfolio of USD 12 billion.

    Estela holds a BS in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Católica in Santiago, Chile and is a candidate for MPA at Universidad del Desarrollo in Santiago, Chile. Estela co-founded the microfinance unit of Banigualdad, a Chilean microfinance entity. Estela developed Banigualdad’s microfinance unit to a size of 23,000 clients, making it one of the main and most efficient microfinance institutions in Chile.

    Miguel holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Universidad de los Andes, Bogota, Colombia, and a PhD from the Haas School of Business at the University of California at Berkeley. Miguel was a Batten Fellow at the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business. Currently, he is Assistant Professor of Finance at the Owen Graduate School of Management, Vanderbilt University
