Errol was born in Johannesburg,
Graduating from the AAA School of advertising in 1993 Errol started his own advertising agency, the agency was reasonably successful. However Errol left to pursue working opportunities in Australia. He returned the following year and opened his second advertising agency called the visual group.
He ran this agency for 7 years. He then worked for a few years at MFP and following their demise joined Lulaway.

Jake was born in the USA in 1979, after moving to South Africa in 2000 he completed a bachelor’s degree in advertising and communications at Bond University in Sandton.
he then moved to New York and worked there for 2 years as a Stockbroker off wall street.
In 2005 Jake opened the first Lulaway Internet cafe .
In 2011 realising that the Internet cafe Model was dying he partnered with Errol to open Lulaway Job Centres.

Michael has graduated Sum cum Laude form the university of Joahnnnesburg with a Honurs in Accounting .
He has finished his articles at KPMG South Africa and has worked for 2 years in corporate finance leading a team of investment bankers concluding multi billion Rand corporate takeover deals as well as multi million Rand mergers and acquisitions .
in 2012 he became a partner and FD at Lualway
