well as biomimicry. Luca likes to think of himself as an entrepreneur and innovator with special focus on technology, social purpose, sustainability and conservation.

Herb is an American Board-Certified Prosthetist and Orthotist with over 35 years of professional experience. Herb also has extensive experience in clinical operations as a controller, quality assurance, purchasing, and personnel management. He has founded, built, and sold two prosthetic and orthotic practices.

Dr. Joshua Pelz, Ph.D. is passionate about leveraging his background in materials science & engineering and additive manufacturing to develop life-saving devices. His work focuses on the development of additive manufacturing systems to generate functionally graded materials for structural applications, specifically prosthetic limbs. He loves the creative design process and the ability of 3D printing to bring those designs to life.
