    Tim's role as CEO is to inspire breakthrough ideas from the Numera team and maintain alignment with a rapidly-evolving market. Prior to joining Numera, Tim was General Manager of Microsoft’s World Wide Health Industry Solutions Group where he grew multi-billion dollar revenues via strong industry and customer relationships. Tim has also successfully led a variety of companies in the health information systems and medical device markets.

    Senior Vice President, Sales and Marketing

    Tony's experience includes building high-performance teams in marketing, business development, and sales for both private and publically traded companies. He is responsible for building and leading the Numera sales and marketing team to create innovative and successful branding, customer acquisition and retention programs, and strategic partnerships.Tony was previously VP of Marketing and Customer Operations for Cardiac Science Corporation.

  • William J. Rutter, Ph.D.
    Chairman of the Board

    Dr. Rutter founded Numera and currently serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors. He is also Chairman and founder of Synergenics, LLC, which owns and controls a portfolio of biotechnology companies at various stages of development. Bill has published more than 380 scientific articles and holds over 25 patents. He has received numerous awards for his contributions to science and the biotechnology industry.
