Tim has also successfully led a variety of companies in the health information systems and medical device markets.

    Dr. Rutter founded Numera and currently serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors. He is also Chairman and founder of Synergenics, LLC, which owns and controls a portfolio of biotechnology companies at various stages of development. Bill has published more than 380 scientific articles and holds over 25 patents. He has received numerous awards for his contributions to science and the biotechnology industry.
