Mandy has 10 years of experience as an Applications Engineer at Texas Instruments' automotive MCU division, where she coordinated efforts across multidisciplinary teams and interfaced with customers worldwide on technical issues that required meeting strict reliability and safety specs. She was operations manager at Teachers 2 Go for 4 years, and has a BSEE from Northwestern University and a MEE from Rice. Mandy speaks Chinese, English & French.

David has always been passionate about making learning more efficient. After attending the University of Michigan and working as a professional musician, he began a career as a private music instructor & classroom teacher. He started his first company, Teachers 2 Go, in 2007: a private teaching service with over 200 mobile instructors. David is also the founder of the peer learning groups: Houston Language Partners & Houston Learning Exchange.
