Prior to that, she was with Reliant Energy for more than ten years, serving as Vice President of Mass Markets Innovation and business leader of the residential energy business serving more than 1.5 million customers. The smart energy products and services are now used by more than 750,000 Reliant customers.

He has extensive experience in trading, risk management, product development and pricing, customer analytics and load forecasting. During his time at Just Energy, he oversaw customer growth and market expansion from 700K residential customer equivalents to more than 4M.
